When will I receive my order?

For household products, orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

For furniture, you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you during checkout.

During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional time to deliver your order.

What if I'm not at home when my order arrives?

For household products, once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

If you’re unavailable to receive your furniture order on the scheduled date, your subsequent delivery will be charged. The charges will vary according to our rate card.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Yes, the delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

What is your policy on returns?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

Except Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Dhurries, Rugs, Polyester Door mats, Table Linen and Kitchen linen other household products are Non-Returnable.

We do not accept return of any furniture item/s that has been delivered.

Please return your household products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

There are multiple ways to pay securely. You can pay through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, Paytm Wallet, cash on delivery, and more.

What is COD (cash on delivery)?

Currently We are not Providing COD(Cash On Delivery) Option
