Order Fulfilment
Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually, within 2-3 business days after it is placed, although, in some cases, we may need up to 3-4 business days to fulfil your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that.

Occasionally, some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

Except Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Dhurries, Rugs, Polyester Door mats, Table Linen and Kitchen linen other household products are Non-Returnable.

We do not accept return of any furniture item/s that has been delivered.

Please return your household products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements
We absolutely guarantee that the full bottle or the samples/decants of perfume you purchased from www.hdckart.com is 100% genuine and authentic. The decants are taken from the official manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like them or not, you may even hate them. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund or replacements.

We carefully wrap all packages so that your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the courier company seems to let monkey’s jump up and down on the package. If you get a package and the Package is broken , please snap a photo and email us with your order number at contact@hdckart.com, upon receipt of the photo, we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We request you that please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there is any problem.
